**Job Title: On-Ground Operations & Marketing Coordinator**

**Location**: Thane
**Shift**: Split Shift (including night/rotational shifts)
**Experience**: 1-3 years
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Coordination & Execution**
- Collaborate with the branding team and external vendors to plan and execute branding activities.
- Manage Ad Suite requirements — including coordination with internal teams, setting up processes, ensuring timely execution, resolving on-ground challenges, and liaising with drivers.
- Oversee the deployment of branding materials (standees, kiosks, flyers, etc.) across various locations.
- Conduct audits to ensure branding placements meet accuracy and compliance standards.
- Participate in and supervise on-ground campaigns, branding activities, and marketing events.
- Support partnership activations and promotional initiatives as needed.

**2. Reporting & Analysis**
- Maintain detailed records of all branding activities and vendor interactions.
- Generate audit reports and share insights with the team.
- Identify new areas and opportunities for enhancing brand visibility.

**Requirements**:
1-3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or event coordination.
Comfortable working in split shifts (including rotational and night shifts).
Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel and be physically present at on-ground activations.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools is an advantage.
Ready to work on weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
