Operations Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a Field Operations Executive for an app-based taxi company, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the on-ground operations of the company. You will play a crucial role in coordinating with drivers, ensuring their compliance with company policies, and resolving any operational issues that arise. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Driver Management**:_
- Recruit, onboard, and train new drivers in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Conduct regular driver performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Resolve driver queries, concerns, and address disciplinary issues in collaboration with the management team.
- Operations Coordination:

- Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth operations, including trip assignments, driver availability, and shift scheduling.
- Monitor driver compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and service quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Dispatch team to optimize ride allocation and minimize customer wait times.
- **Customer Support**:_
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to on-ground operations promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with the customer support team to resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- **On-Ground Support**:_
- Provide on-ground support to drivers, including assistance with technical issues, vehicle inspections, and maintenance.
- Resolve driver-related operational challenges such as accidents, breakdowns, or other emergencies.
- Act as a point of contact between drivers and the company, facilitating effective communication and problem resolution.
- **Quality Assurance**:_
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, vehicle cleanliness, and driver conduct.
- Implement corrective actions and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor key operational metrics and take proactive measures to maintain service quality standards.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:_
- Analyze operational data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as driver performance, trip metrics, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for enhancing operational performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or field support, preferably in the transportation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with drivers and customers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle operational challenges in real-time.
- Proficient in using technology platforms, including apps, software, and driver support tools.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations, routes, and traffic patterns.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for on-ground support).
