The Operations Executive plays a key role in the smooth functioning of the logistics company's operations. They are responsible for coordinating and managing various tasks and processes to ensure timely delivery of goods, optimal utilization of resources, and adherence to quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate with different departments such as procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution to ensure seamless coordination of logistics operations.
- **Order Processing**: Oversee the order processing system to ensure accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment. This includes order entry, order tracking, and resolving any issues related to orders.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts. Implement inventory control measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Supply Chain Optimization**: Analyze the supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance overall performance.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify and address any issues or deficiencies.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of logistics operations. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- **Team Management**: Supervise and provide guidance to a team of operations staff. Delegate tasks, set goals, and provide training and development opportunities to ensure team members perform effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
