- **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the logistics and operations workflow. Implement efficiency measures to reduce costs and enhance operational performance. Streamline communication channels between different departments.
- **Customer Service and Communication**: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to operations and logistics. Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any operational issues. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- **Quality Control and Compliance**: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure product integrity. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Collaborate with relevant teams to address any compliance issues.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and key performance indicators. Prepare regular reports on operational metrics for management review.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, finance, and customer service to achieve seamless operations. Provide support for strategic planning and execution of company initiatives.
- **Training and Development**: Train and mentor operations staff to ensure a skilled and efficient workforce. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
