**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **Purchase Order (PO) processing** and ensure timely coordination with internal and external teams.
- Manage **dispatch operations**, track shipments, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Perform **GRN (Goods Received Note) matching** and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update daily reports using **Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)**.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners for smooth operations.
- Ensure all B2B orders are processed accurately and in compliance with company guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in eCommerce operations (preferably in B2B segment).
- Strong knowledge of **PO, dispatch, and GRN processes**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** - must know **VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables**.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Must be a **Graduate**.
- **Immediate joiner** preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
