Full time *Tuesday to Sunday 10-7PM (Sometimes Post 7PM Based on student & parent’s requirements)

Travel required between districts of same State. **Petrol Allowance: Rs 4/KM.**

**Salary* 3-5LPA (Admission Officer - 1-2 years of experience in education Sales or Edutech sales only)**

**Salary* 5-8LPA (Admission Manager - 2-5 years of experience in education sales or Edutech sales only).**

Education: Any Graduate

**MAX age: 32 years**

Key Responsibilities:
Student Engagement and Counseling:

- Meet prospective students in person to understand their career goals and guide them on suitable short-term courses.
- Provide detailed information about course offerings, eligibility criteria, and benefits.
- Address student queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Field Outreach and Promotion:

- Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other institutions to promote courses.
- Distribute promotional materials and conduct presentations to create awareness about the courses.

Admissions Process Management:

- Follow up with potential leads to ensure maximum conversion.

Market Research and Strategy Implementation:

- Gather insights on student preferences, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Provide input for improving promotional strategies and student engagement techniques.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach activities and enrollment progress.
- Update and maintain the admissions database regularly.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence potential students.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of short-term skill development and vocational courses is an advantage.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or sales roles.
- Familiarity with local educational institutions and communities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
