**Job Title: Admission Counselor**

**Job Overview**:
**Admission officer - 3 - 5 years in Admission counselling, indoor and outdoor promotion of courses, ability to present seminars independently in college's. Fluent English.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment and Outreach**:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
- Attend college fairs, high school visits, and community events to promote the institution.
- Conduct campus tours and organize open house events.
- **Counseling and Advising**:

- Advise prospective students and their families on academic programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
- **Application Review and Evaluation**:

- Conduct interviews and assess applicants' qualifications and fit for the institution.
- Collaborate with the admissions committee to make admission decisions.
- **Communication and Marketing**:

- Manage and maintain CRM systems to track applicant interactions and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective outreach campaigns.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze data to improve recruitment strategies and enhance the admissions process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Prior experience in admissions, recruitment, or academic advising is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
