Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for an Admissions Counselor located in Kolkata. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information about the institution’s programs, and assisting with application procedures. Responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, counseling students and parents on program offerings, conducting orientation sessions, and collaborating with the admissions team to meet enrollment goals. The role also involves fostering effective communication and building strong relationships with prospective students and families. Qualifications Excellent Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to interact effectively with prospective students and guardians Strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries and ensure a seamless admissions experience Sales skills for promoting academic programs and meeting admissions targets Experience in the education sector and a passion for helping students achieve their goals Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment and manage multiple tasks Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (related fields preferred) Proficiency in additional languages and prior experience in admissions or counseling are a plus
