Job Title: Interior Designer/Sales and Marketing Associate

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, understanding their needs, and offering design suggestions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by following up on their inquiries, providing product information, and offering design advice.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new trends and innovations in the industry.
- Assist clients in selecting products based on their design preferences, budget, and other requirements.
- Create sample boards and provide color consultations to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote our products.
- Assist with organizing and executing events, such as product launches and design seminars.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures and social media content, to promote our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and other relevant information.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service by following up with clients and resolving any issues they may have.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in interior design and/or sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing techniques.
- Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Availability to work on weekends and extended hours, as required by the business.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
