Back Office Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain and update records in Excel spreadsheets.
- Use **HLOOKUP** and **VLOOKUP** to extract and analyze data from large datasets.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline back-office operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Manage and organize files, both digital and physical.
- **Communication**:
- Act as a point of contact between the front office and other departments.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend solutions.
- Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure all records are compliant with company policies.
- Generate periodic reports to support management decisions.
**Skills Required**:
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** with strong knowledge of **HLOOKUP** and **VLOOKUP** functions.
- Familiarity with other MS Office tools like Word and PowerPoint.
- **Analytical Skills**:
- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
- **Organizational Skills**:
- Strong multitasking and time management capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- **Experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- **Additional Knowledge**:
- Experience with ERP or database systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting or finance basics (optional).
