**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day back office operations, including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Assist in processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, and handling basic bookkeeping.
- Maintain accurate distributor and client data in the CRM system.
- Handle order processing, invoicing, and tracking payments for distributors.
- Support MLM operations by managing distributor agreements, commission calculations, and payment tracking.
- Assist with inventory management and coordination between distributors and suppliers.
- Prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts under the guidance of the accounting department.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and assist with basic IT troubleshooting.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records, including receipts, payments, and transaction logs.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and team schedules.
- Handle any additional duties to ensure efficient back-office and accounts operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
