GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Looking for a creative and dynamic designer who has a keen eye for detail, good aesthetics

and is willing to be part of a growing team.

**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create and design various materials for digital and traditional media.
- Create impactful and aesthetically appealing creative content for the relevant TG∙
- Adherence to brand guidelines is a must.
- Proof-read creatives, check for hygiene, grammar and spelling errors.
- QC for design errors.
- Execute ( post) posts on social media.
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
- Plan and maintain a design calendar to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
- Implement feedback and changes whenever possible.
- Co-ordinate with internal teams across different time zones.
- Liaison with external agencies.
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing with a focus on creative content.
- PowerPoint skills is a bonus.
- Basic Website design and maintenance is a bonus.
- E- mail Design Platform is a bonus

**Note: This JD is for the current role, however as the company grows, the JD may change as per the requirement of the company.**

SKILL REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field.
- Must have a growth mindset and be willing to take on challenges or new roles as

needed
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress,

illustrator.
- Knowledge in After Effects and InDesign are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Up to date with latest design tools and software.
- 0-2years of relevant experience.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Willing to iterate based on feedback.

LOCATION**:Bangalore (Infantry Road)**
