The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and capturing market share through the promotion and sale of PROCESScope software solutions to various sales channels.

Success in this position will align to goals of the business leaders, partner with the field sales team, make effective sales calls to assigned accounts to achieve year over year sales growth within their territory of responsibility.

The role is remote and will report to the Sales Operations Director.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

- Leverage outbound calls to assigned accounts and end users to grow software solution knowledge and interest
- Perform sales activity within the assigned territories to meet or exceed sales targets
- Deliver calls and scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service utilizing web technologies
- Maintain comprehensive records of contacts, accounts, and orders
- Assist with uncovering customer needs as part of targeted programs developed by sales and marketing
- Participate in daily stand-up sales status meetings
- Report out progress on required basis

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Excellent English speaking and reading
- Professional presence
- Active listening skills
- Self motivated and reliable commitment
- Advanced level skill with MS Office products and social media

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- 2 Years of Inside Sales experience in software solutions
- Business domain knowledge
- Skill with Lead Software programs

SALARY:

- regionally competitive and up for negotiation

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
