Role Overview:
The Backend Executive will be responsible for managing daily e-commerce operations on Shopify and Shiprocket, ensuring smooth order processing, fulfillment, inventory updates, returns/exchanges, and customer coordination. This is a critical role to maintain backend efficiency and ensure timely dispatch of orders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management
- Process daily orders on Shopify
- Coordinate shipments and tracking through Shiprocket
- Ensure timely handover to courier partners
- Returns & Exchange Handling
- Manage RTOs, exchange requests, and return approvals
- Coordinate reverse pickups and customer updates
- Inventory Management
- Update stock status on Shopify (manual or bulk)
- Notify team of low stock or out-of-stock items
- Backend Coordination
- Liaise with production team to confirm product availability
- Flag any delays, address order fulfillment gaps
- Maintain internal order tracker
- Customer Support (Basic)
- Share tracking details with customers if needed
- Address backend-related customer queries

**Required Skills**:
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify Admin Panel
- Hands-on experience with Shiprocket dashboard
- Familiarity with e-commerce shipping workflows (COD, prepaid, RTO, NDR)
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets handling
- Clear communication (English/Hindi)

- Experience with Shopify plugins (e.g., Return Prime, Loox, Judge.me)
- Worked in a fashion or D2C brand setup
- Familiarity with WhatsApp CRM tools
Pay: ₹10,210.44 - ₹20,000.00 per month
