Overview

:We are seeking a highly driven Shopify Web Executive with deep expertise in Shopify management and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the online store experience, managing end-to-end execution across Shopify, Shiprocket, CRM systems, and marketing automations, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires close collaboration with the brand, design, and performance marketing teams to deliver seamless user journeys, efficient checkout flows, and data-driven initiatives that enhance conversions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle day-to-day management of the Nivia Shopify website,  product uploads,

collections, discount setup, navigation updates, and theme edits.

  1. Manage front-end and back-end operations including Shopify Liquid code tweaks,

app integrations, and custom feature rollouts.

  1. Oversee Shiprocket integration for seamless order fulfillment, inventory sync, and dispatch tracking.
  2. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve order exceptions and return issues.
  3. Track and report key D2C KPIs like  conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase rate, cart abandonment, etc.
  4. Support marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Email) by setting up

landing pages and tracking URLs.

  1. Maintain data consistency between Shopify, analytics tools, and ad dashboards.
  2. Identify and implement automation opportunities (inventory updates, order status

alerts, etc.).

  1. Troubleshoot website bugs, optimize page speed, and ensure responsive design across devices.

Skills Required:

  1. 2–3 years' experience in D2C e-commerce (Shopify-based brand preferred).
  2. Hands-on experience with Shopify Admin, Shopify Liquid, themes, knowledge of APIs and Version Control
  3. Strong understanding of Shiprocket, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
  4. Good knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end code management.
  5. Excellent coordination and execution skills with a detail-first mindset.
  6. Passion for e-commerce, performance marketing, and consumer experience.
