**Reporting to**:HR Manager

Minimum 2 years of Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels.
- Take the accountability of the interview process and be flexible to handle various scenarios.
- Keep the time-to-fill and time-to-hire ratios for each requirement, and strive to close the position within the ‘Estimated Closure Date’ and ‘Proposed Budget’
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
- Keep up-to-date with new technology trends in the market.
- Minimum 2 years of Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Direct interviews, Virtual interviews - Gmeet/Zoom/Teams, Campus hiring, Bulk hiring etc.)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Expert in LinkedIn and Naukri sourcing.
- Expert in working with HR consultancies and contractors based on requirements.
- Any RMS/ATS software using experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network.
- MBA in HR is preferred.
- Certifications in Technical Recruitment will be an added advantage.
