Job Description

Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Scheduling & TA Administration:

- Coordination of other essential Talent Acquisition functions, such as: posting jobs and refreshing online job postings to keep them fresh and active on the various job boards
- Maintenance and updating of internal recruiting spreadsheets and maintaining accurate recruiting and interview data Creating and maintaining various reports and spreadsheets to tract various hiring activities throughout the region you support

Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Sourcing:

- Help to increase brand awareness, via proactive sourcing and outreach in markets where Fragomen is not a well-known brand
- Assistance with research, sourcing, and outreach to help fill vacancies as well as map competition and to consider potential proactively hires
- Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence, posting and sharing industry and Fragomen related articles to grow your connections in the business immigration and global mobility space

Let’s talk if you have the following qualifications and experience:

- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a scheduling and sourcing role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Workday Recruiting experience preferred, but not essential
- Experience scheduling interviews using Webex Meetings and Webex Teams preferred
- Comfort level working with LinkedIn and maintaining professional presence on social media
- Ability to work effectively with Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, pivot table experience is helpful
- Strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize workload
- Must be able to handle pressure, and be comfortable working on multiple projects
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to interact effectively with all levels of firm
- Sound judgment and creative problem-solving skills
