**Job Summary** We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in attracting, identifying, and recruiting top talent to support our company's ongoing growth. **Duties** - Partner with hiring managers to understand specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for open positions. - Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth integration into the company. **Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruiting agencies and universities. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. - Analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. - Manage and maintain recruitment budgets. - Generate reports and present recruitment metrics to stakeholders. - Oversee administrative tasks related to the recruitment process (e.g., reference checks, background checks). - Collaborate with other HR departments to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent. - Strong understanding of the recruitment process from start to finish. - Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools. **Benefits** We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package." **How to Apply** Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: - Morning shift **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - Talent acquisition: 1 year (required)
