**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client queries professionally.
**Market Research & Reporting**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance.
**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Minimum **1-3 years** of field sales experience in B2B/B2C sales.
- Experience in **service-based sales** is a plus.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field sales operations.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Must own a **two-wheeler** for field visits.
