**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients (B2B/B2C depending on product).
- Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to showcase software features and benefits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field activities.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve the product or service.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and technical support.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of field sales experience (preferably in software/IT).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical features in simple terms.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with daily travel and field work.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
- Language proficiency in [mention local/regional languages if needed].

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B tech product sales is a plus.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if required for local travel).

**Compensation**:

- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
- Allowances for travel and communication

Pay: ₹9,466.97 - ₹20,599.94 per month
