At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

**Hybrid**: This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. **What you'll get to do**
- Work cross-functionally with our cross-functional partners including IT, HR Operations, Legal, HRBPs, and internally within Recruiting.
- Sustain coordination efforts by balancing multiple priorities at once.
- Track individual metrics weekly, performing against specific SLAs to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

**Your experience should include**
- 1+ year in a recruiting, HR, scheduling/coordination, or administrative role.
- English proficiency, written and spoken
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity and hand’s on experience coordinating and preparing offer documents & employment contracts across India and APAC regions is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), interview scheduling tools (preferably Zoom or Modern Loop), HRIS tools (Workday), and other recruiting
- and HR-related systems and programs.
- Microsoft Suite knowledge, specifically Outlook and Excel.
- Demonstrated willingness and capability to dive into the details and proactively ask for help.
