**ROLE: Finance Executive**

**LOCATION: Jaipur (Rajasthan)**

**EXPERIENCE**:

- **1-2 years relevant experience**

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Track outgoing payments.
- Monitor expenditures (including payroll)
- Maintain records.
- Reconcile statements and payment records.
- Ensure payment credits are applied correctly.
- Correspond regarding billing and payments.
- Analyse accounts and prepare reports.
- Streamline the payment process.
- Assist with audits and accounting team with other duties.
- Keep informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting**.**

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**:

- Relevant experience in domain preferably 3-4 years.
- Advanced competency in accounting and business management software
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, accounting standards and industry regulations
- Extensive experience in account reconciliation
- Able to handle Invoicing, Vendor management and Taxation.
- Knowledge to MS Office and Excel

**SOFT SKILLS**:

- Great time management and organizational skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Team Handling
