We are looking for a skilled Finance Executive to join our team at Holiday Inn, responsible for managing payables and ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and process all financial transactions related to payables.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for payables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
  • Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in financial software and systems.
