Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a **Customer Support Executive (Chat Support)** to join our team. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing an excellent customer experience through chat-based communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with booking consultations, product inquiries, and service-related issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Uphold the brand’s tone of voice, empathy, and professionalism in all communications.
- Provide product knowledge and service information to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback to improve services and customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in customer support, preferably in chat-based or online service roles.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent written communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with astrology or willingness to learn basic concepts (training will be provided).
- Basic computer and typing proficiency.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
