We have 2 dental clinic located in Sydney, Australia with 20+ Staff. to run all the process smoothy we have a 1 back office which is located in Kandivali West, Mumbai.
- Position Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience and satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- **Order Processing**: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and handling billing inquiries.
- **Technical Support**: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers experiencing product or service-related issues.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes.
- **Cross-Selling and Up-Selling**: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- **Escalation Handling**: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or higher management for further investigation and resolution.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards while delivering high-quality customer care services.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
