- A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team. They handle order processing, maintain customer records, and prepare sales reports, contributing to the team's overall success. They also collaborate with other departments to streamline sales, marketing, and delivery processes. Key Responsibilities:
- **Administrative Support**:Handling paperwork, managing databases, preparing sales reports, and maintaining organized records.
- **Sales Process Coordination**:Assisting with order processing, tracking sales transactions, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services.
- **Communication & Customer Relations**:Interacting with clients, answering queries, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.
- **Team Support**:Assisting with sales presentations, maintaining sales materials, and providing general support to the sales team.
- **Collaboration**:Working with other departments (marketing, product development, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- **Goal Achievement**:Helping the sales team meet their quotas and targets.
- Computer Knoweldge must.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
