**Job Summary**
We are seeking energetic and target-driven **Sales Executives** to drive **residential solar EPC sales** in the Uttar Pradesh region. The role involves identifying prospects, conducting site assessments, delivering customized proposals, and closing deals to promote sustainable solar energy solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **site visits and assessments**, explaining solar system feasibility to customers.
- Present **customized proposals** and close deals with **homeowners, builders, and small businesses**.
- Maintain and update **lead databases**, ensuring proper follow-up and pipeline management.
- Consistently achieve **monthly and quarterly sales targets**.
- Support marketing efforts by participating in **branding activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and campaigns**.
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to the **execution team post-sales**, and collect customer feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate with **1-3 years of experience in field sales**.
- Prior experience in **solar, real estate, or energy industry** preferred.
- Must have **own vehicle** and willingness to travel locally.
- Strong **negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
