**Where do I fit in?**

As a Digital Marketing Associate specialising in Performance Marketing and Digital Ads, your core responsibilities will encompass:
1. Developing and implementing end-to-end performance marketing strategies for our clients, ensuring optimal returns on their digital ad investments.

2. Leveraging digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to create and manage highly effective campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

3. Conducting thorough research, analysis, and segmentation to identify target audiences and refine ad targeting.

4. Monitoring, measuring, and optimizing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize results and efficiency.

5. Managing budgets effectively to deliver strong ROI and meet clients' performance goals.

6. Collaborating with the content and creative teams to align messaging and creatives with the campaign objectives.

7. A/B testing ad creatives and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.

8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing and digital advertising, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proficiency in managing and optimising campaigns on various digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to extract actionable insights.
- A track record of driving measurable results and achieving performance targets through digital advertising.
- Knowledge of performance marketing tools and platforms, along with the ability to recommend the best-suited solutions for specific client needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate performance results to clients.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail.
