Job Role: PPC Associate (Meta Ads Specialist)Location: GurgaonPosition Overview:We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Associate (Meta Ads Specialist) to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram. This role is perfect for someone with a basic understanding of Meta Ads and digital advertising principles, who is eager to advance their career in digital marketing.

We are also looking for an Outbound Lead Generation Associate, and it would be a plus if a candidate has both skill sets. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and implementation of advertising strategies on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to optimize campaign targeting and performance.

Help optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structure to maximize ROI.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools; provide regular reports and insights. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing goals. Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 3–4 years of experience in Meta Ads campaign management or similar digital marketing roles. Skills:Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and advertising best practices. Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret performance data and apply insights.

Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Meta Pixel is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
