**Title: Bench Sales Recruiter**

**Experience: 1- 5 Years, Immediate Joining are most preferred.**

**Location: Remote**

**Shift timings: CST time zone (6:30pm-3:30am IST), Work from Home.**

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Looking for a self-starter and aggressive team player with a good knowledge on various IT technologies in the market.
- Should be organized to recruit consultants for Marketing.
- Good Communication (both verbal & written) & organization skills are mandatory.
- Should have good understanding of various US work authorizations (OPT/CPT/All Kinds of EAD’s/USC)
- Expertise in hiring Job portals, Universities and Social networks recruiting.
- Experience in Job Postings for W-2 Hiring.
- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before onboarding them to bench.
- Explaining and Negotiating compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, and relocation/FTE benefits for the consultants.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.

**Salary**: ₹9,028.23 - ₹32,098.62 per month
