**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively work on sales targets and achieve individual recruitment goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants and clients to ensure successful placements.
**Required Skills**:
- 5+ years of experience in bench sales recruitment.
- Ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
