**Position: Bench Sales Recruiter**
**Location: Noida/Remote**
**Company Overview: Amzur **is a leading provider of IT staffing solutions to clients across various industries. We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team and help us identify and place skilled IT professionals on projects.
**Job Summary**:
The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified IT professionals for open positions. This individual will work closely with our sales team to develop new business and maintain existing relationships with clients. The Bench Sales Recruiter will also be responsible for managing relationships with consultants, maintaining their availability and ensuring they are placed on projects in a timely manner. Our company is a leading provider of IT staffing solutions to clients across various industries. We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team and help us identify and place skilled IT professionals on projects.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- 4+years of experience required in US IT Bench Sales for our own W2 employees and potential new employees
- Marketing our Bench Consultants (H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/L1, GC, and US CITIZEN)
- Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients. Someone who has been in the industry and can be bring existing contacts to support
- Arranging the interviews with tier one vendors/ Implementation Partner or end clients
- Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc)
- Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers
- Good exposure on any ATS platform
- Should be able to manage complete cycle of Bench sales
**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Recruiting: 3 years (preferred)
