We are seeking a motivated
Bench Sales Recruiter
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing IT consultants (Bench candidates) to clients and vendor partners. The recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying suitable job opportunities, negotiating rates, and ensuring quick placements.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    0-2 years in
    bench sales, US IT staffing, or recruitment
    (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
  • Strong knowledge of
    US IT recruitment, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications (OPT, H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.).
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience with
    recruitment portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in
    third-party vendor
    networking and
    direct client relationships.
  • Ability to
    work in night shifts (US timings)
    if required.
  • Strong knowledge of
    IT technologies and trends.
