**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Check commercial aspects of incoming purchase orders.
- Confirm order to customer
- Create, maintain & process orders in ERP system.
- Create order
- Order verification and control
- Prepare and complete invoicing
- Review, and create and/or verify billing summary
- Follow-up & invoicing of secondment
- Warranty cost entries
- Follow-up revised PO from customer, as required
- Finalize and Invoice order
- Customer Portal Administration (Invoices/Orders)
- Follow-up Invoices / Accounts Receivables
- Purchase requisition
- Customer portal Maintenance
- Preparation of documents as and when needed
- Filing of documents in Rigdocs
- Back-up support with holiday cover and carry out any other duties as assigned.
