**Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and market presence. - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; support decision-making. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights. - Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Marketing teams on strategic initiatives. - Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for senior management. **Skills**: - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Knowledge of the API pharmaceutical market dynamics and regulatory environment. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Qualification**: - Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering - MBA (preferably with a focus on Strategy, Business Analytics, or Operations) **Experience**: 2-3 years **Location &; Salary**: Competitive, based on experience. Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Business development: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
