**Experience**: Minimum 1 year

**Salary**: Upto ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Main Duties**:

- Dail up to 100 phone calls daily to potential students.
- Encourage prospective students to visit our institute through phone calls.
- Engage with walk-in visitors about our courses and persuade them to enroll.
- Follow up with prospective students to answer their questions and keep them updated on the admission process.
- Create daily and weekly reports on call activities and results.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Maintain the Progress of the Students after admission.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Admission Counsellor, Education Counsellor, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in both English and Tamil.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and counseling sessions daily.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other office tools.
- Patience and ability to handle stress.
