Job Title Tele caller - MBA Admission Counsellor Location Salem Job Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive MBA Admission Counsellor Tele caller who will be responsible for guiding and assisting prospective students through the MBA admission process The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Tamil English and Hindi Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries regarding MBA admissions Provide accurate information about MBA programs admission criteria fees and career prospects Counsel students and parents to help them make informed decisions regarding admissions Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into admissions and record and manage student interactions in CRM database effectively Meet daily weekly and monthly admission targets and coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing of applications Participate in admission campaigns events and promotional activities when required Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree preferred Business Commerce Arts Management Fluency in Tamil English and Hindi spoken and written Minimum 2 years of Experience in telecalling counselling or sales education sector preferred Strong persuasion negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure and meet targets and proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
