**Job Title**:Tele caller - MBA Admission Counsellor

**Location**:Salem

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries regarding MBA admissions.
- Provide accurate information about MBA programs, admission criteria, fees, and career prospects.
- Counsel students and parents to help them make informed decisions regarding admissions.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into admissions and record and manage student interactions in CRM/database effectively.
- Participate in admission campaigns, events, and promotional activities when required

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business/Commerce/Arts/Management). Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales (education sector preferred).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets and proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
