**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one counselling to students and parents regarding NEET preparation and admission processes.
- Explain course offerings, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Assist students in selecting suitable medical colleges based on their NEET score, preferences, and budget.
- Maintain updated knowledge of NEET exam trends, counselling schedules, quotas, and admission regulations (AIQ, state quota, etc.).
- Support students during online choice filling, document verification, and seat allotment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and track progress through the admission lifecycle.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities organized by the academy.
- Build trust-based relationships with students and parents, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: education, counselling, healthcare, or related disciplines).
- Prior experience in educational counselling, especially in NEET/medical admissions, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language.
- Strong knowledge of NEET UG counselling (AIQ and state-level) and admission processes in India.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
