Territory Sales Executive

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Civil engineering\ MBA\any relevant background
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
- An Assistant Manager with experience in the Building Material preferably with a client base comprising builders and contractors.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies encompassing both retail and project sales segments.
- Cultivate strong relationships with retailers, distributors, architects, builders, and contractors.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance across retail and project channels, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of retail promotions and project sales initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both retail clients and project stakeholders, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in both retail and project sectors, ensuring maximum market penetration.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in both retail and project sales.
**Industry Knowledge and Experience**:
- Should have experience working in Building Materials / Construction Chemicals / Tile Adhesives / Waterproofing Industry.
- Sales executive for business development, sales, and marketing of a complete range of construction chemicals, with more focus on chemical construction products.
- Adhere to laid down sales processes, including Inviolable Controls, DR (Plan-Do-Review), PJP (Permanent Journey Plans), and DSR (Daily Sales Report).
- Minimum experience - 2 years

- Collection Target Vs Achievement
- Weekly and Monthly timely Reports
- Shop Audits Conducted
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
