**Job Summary**:
As a **Client Relationship Specialist**, you will play a key role in managing and growing relationships with our B2B clients. Your responsibilities will include driving sales, ensuring timely payment collections, and maintaining strong client satisfaction. You will act as a vital link between our organization and our valued partners, contributing directly to business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with existing and potential B2B clients to promote our portfolio of premium brands and products.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely sales conversions and payment collections.
- Address client inquiries and provide detailed information about products, pricing, and availability.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain an updated record of client interactions, orders, and collection status.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the client portfolio.
- Proactively resolve client issues and escalate where necessary to ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, telecalling, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow up on outstanding payments professionally.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized.
- Experience in the electronics or luxury products industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
