**Inside Sales Executive - Glamplus**

**Location**: Bangalore (On-Site)
**Experience**:1-3 years** in Inside Sales or Business Development, preferably in the Beauty and Wellness/Cosmetics/Skin Care industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and explain the company’s products and services to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent follow-ups and effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and meet business objectives.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development in a relevant industry.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales management systems.
