**We at Infojini have the following positions open for** Inside Sales Executive

**Location**: Thane (Onsite)

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years (Domestic B2B Sales experience required)

**Workdays** - 5 days (Mon - Fri)

**Shift Timing**:

- 06:00 PM TO 03:30 AM

**Compensation**: Fixed Salary (Including PF) + Incentives & + Free meal + Medical Insurance, Pick and Drop facility.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

**Requirements**:
1-5 years of experience in domestic sales B2B
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales strategies.
Experience in IT/software sales (preferred but not mandatory).
