**Job Title: Junior Accountant**

Dental World is hiring an Junior immediately. As an Accounts Executive, your primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive support in financial and accounting functions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial record-keeping, transaction processing, and compliance with financial regulations. Your meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and strong organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and integrity of our finance department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records such as invoices, bills, and receipts.
- Enter financial data accurately and promptly into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Support the preparation of financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing vendor invoices, issuing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
- Aid in payroll processing to ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Assist in compiling documentation and information required for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to internal controls and financial policies.
- Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial operations.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience or certifications will be considered.
- Proven experience in a similar role or demonstrated knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for data entry and financial analysis.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Work Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

**Salary**: 10,000-15,000 per month

**Location**: AJC Bose Road
