Job Description**:Junior Accounts Executive**
- **Position Overview**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial performance reports
- Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation.
- Help streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Min experience of 2years in similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous internship or experience in finance is a plus but not required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
