Account Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Daily Entries: Ensure accurate and timely recording of daily transactions in Tally Prime, including payment entries, receipt entries, bank and cash entries, and journal entries.
2. Online Payment: Execute online banking payments to creditors and vendors as per approved schedules.
3. Payroll Processing: Prepare salary sheets using HRMS software and facilitate salary disbursement to employees through online payment methods.
4. Inventory Control and Stock Audit: Physical stock reconciliation with system stock records in factories & maintain inventory accuracy. Perform stock audits and MIS reports as required.
5. Assist Auditors: Collaborate with auditors by providing relevant financial reports and assisting them with any queries during audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably as an Account Executive or similar position.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime software and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
