**Position: Process Executive - International Voice Process**

**Shift Timing: 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm IST**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Process Executives to join our team for an outbound

Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, addressing their inquiries, promoting our products/services, and achieving set targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in international markets with the aim of promoting our products/services and generating sales.
- Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner to build interest and confidence in our offerings.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- Follow established scripts and sales processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members and team leaders to enhance productivity and share best practices.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Should have completed 10 +2 (PUC) or 10 + 3 (Diploma/ITI)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in any international voice process (mandatory).
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills are essential.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Familiarity with using CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and industry trends.

5 Days working and 2 days OFF

Job location - Mysore

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
