Roles & Responsibilities:

- 1. Help Project & Construction Directors (SEA/IN) to set up project meetings with key team members, external stakeholders based on priorities.
- 2. Handle the minute-taking at meetings, Circulate MoM with internal stakeholders
- 3. Organize travel/venues for workshops/meetings for Project Delivery teams
- 4. Assist with planning and keep the project calendar up to date
- 5. Administrative duties
- 6. Co-ordinate with Project Managers & Site Managers to update key database updates.
- 7. Offer suggestions to improve efficiencies
- 8. Support Project Delivery teams in maintain compliance regulations ( ISO/Internal admin guidelines)
