**Position**: Onboarding Instructor

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, introducing them to company policies, culture, and procedures.
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules tailored to the onboarding process.
- Assess the understanding and integration of new hires through quizzes and interactive activities.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align onboarding content with organizational goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in conducting onboarding or training sessions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and onboarding best practices.
- Adaptability to customize onboarding content based on employee roles.

**Experience: 0 to 6 month**
