**Position Summary**:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Purchase Department. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work with our procurement team and gain practical experience in supply chain management, vendor coordination, and inventory handling. The intern will assist in streamlining purchasing processes to support production and operations efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining and updating purchase orders and inventory records.
- Support the evaluation and comparison of supplier quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials and resolve any delivery issues.
- Conduct research on potential new suppliers and maintain supplier databases.
- Assist in preparing reports on purchase activities and expenses.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
